Born in the UK in 1958, He studied at St Martins School of Art in London - 1976 -1979

In 1994 he set up the Coventry Gallery - London organising monthly educational exhibitions for young up and coming artists. While at the Coventry Gallery he organised several highly successful art festivals and art events. His well respected Art2b Art Group started from this gallery in 1995. After a number of venue changes the group was taken over by a new facilitator when Paul moved to France in 2006. During Paul's time this art group was featured many times on television, C4, C5 and a number of overseas productions. They were also featured in magazines and national press including the Telegraph, Guardian and Times.

Paul is a co-founder of an international Art Association set up in 2005 with photographer Christopher John Ball.

Paul is a highly regarded art facilitator and teacher. He has taught privately for over 14 years. As a portrait artist Paul has produced many portraits to commission and once had a work exhibited as a part of the prestigious BP Portrait Award at the National Portrait Gallery in London.
